It conducts targeted performance optimization and technological upgrades on titanium vacuum glass, enhancing the reliability and adaptability of its products in complex climates, high humidity, high temperature, and harsh installation scenarios.

Recently, LandVac released the sixth technical Q&A session of its titanium vacuum glass series, providing professional interpretations on core industry concerns such as customized product applications, extreme environmental durability performance, and system installation adaptation, further clarifying the technical advantages and practical solutions of titanium vacuum glass in complex working conditions.

In terms of customized product identification, LandVac titanium vacuum glass supports direct laser engraving of LandVac brand logo on the surface of the strip-shaped absorber, achieving appearance standardization and brand visualization without affecting vacuum performance and sealing structure.

For high humidity application scenarios such as coastal and humid areas, the industry is generally concerned about potential hazards such as ionization and hydrolysis corrosion of metal components inside glass. In this regard, LandVac has fully considered the extreme working conditions of high temperature and high humidity in the production design stage of titanium vacuum glass: in addition to using a metal edge sealing structure, the product also adds a secondary waterproof sealing coating to eliminate the risks of metal interface ionization and corrosion from the source. The supporting sealing materials have passed multiple rigorous aging tests such as high temperature and humidity, boiling, ultraviolet irradiation, and salt spray, ensuring long-term stability and durability of edge seals, and are suitable for long-term service in harsh environments such as high humidity and salt spray.

LandVac provides a standardized engineering solution for common pain points in the actual installation of single piece vacuum insulated glass (VIG), such as insufficient width of profile insulation strips, which can easily cause excessive heat transfer at the edges and condensation on the glass surface. It is recommended that the width of profile insulation strips in engineering applications should not be less than 30mm, which can meet the energy-saving and anti condensation standards of the vast majority of regions; For ultra-low energy consumption and high severity projects, it is also possible to effectively suppress edge heat conduction and completely solve condensation hazards by increasing the depth of glass embedding and adding insulation filling materials around the glass.

This technical review and solution release have further improved the design standards, sealing processes, and installation specifications of LandVac titanium vacuum glass in extreme environments, providing highly reliable and customizable vacuum glass system solutions for high-end buildings, special climate areas, and special enclosure projects.
