Water Saving, Waste Reduction, and Efficiency Improvement: IMMMES Water Treatment Solutions Empower Glass Enterprises for Green Production

Recently, IMMMES designed a comprehensive water treatment and solid waste management system for Express Glass Warehouse, a glass processing enterprise, to address challenges such as high water consumption, wastewater discharge, and sludge disposal difficulties, enabling production quality improvement and dual-directional upgrades toward green and environmental sustainability.

The glass processing procedure requires a substantial amount of clean water. This enterprise has long faced issues such as high water consumption in production lines, direct discharge of process wastewater, rising water and operational costs, and a cumbersome sludge treatment process, which also constrain further capacity expansion.

Tailored to on-site requirements, IMMMES has developed a fully automated closed-loop water purification system. The core equipment, the DTP50 water treatment system, can produce 50,000 liters of recycled purified water per hour. The entire system achieves end-to-end closed-loop operation with zero wastewater discharge, featuring autonomous regulation capabilities that eliminate the need for frequent manual intervention, ensuring uninterrupted water supply.

The accompanying DGS350 filter press can automatically dewater sludge, with the resulting waste residue directly collected and bagged, significantly simplifying the solid waste treatment process.

After the system was implemented, the enterprise achieved multiple benefits: stable and reliable clean water supply for production, complete elimination of wastewater discharge; minimal need for water replenishment, eliminating the need for additional external water sources; significantly reduced overall operation and maintenance costs, resulting in a cleaner and safer workshop environment. Additionally, production process stability was greatly improved, effectively ensuring continuous production capacity.

The project fully demonstrates the value of water treatment technology, transforming water resources into a core advantage for enterprises to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and practice sustainable development.
